There's none on bazaar, tf2tp, or sourceop from what I can see. There's only two on outpost (one has a buyout of 3, the other a buyout of 3.5 or a U guad). I put an offer of ~2.1 buds (in keys/bills, starting offer) on both and was rejected by one and ignored by the other. No one has touched either buyout, so those are clearly too high, but the lower range seems to be out of date. I'm the only pure offer on both trades so far.
