what is he using the computer for?

Actually the guy is more a fellow student, i'm not really his "friend" per se.

But i'm pretty sure he plays LoL (I am aware that a single 7750 can max it out across 3 1920*1080 monitors at 50+ FPS), but maybe he'll get into other games?

is he gonna overclock?

and why would he need 730w in a single card? 550w will be fine

I intend to go for a bit of an oc on the CPU. Which is why I put the seidon in there. Also that PSU is such ridiculously good value that I couldn't pass it up.

id go with noctura fans, other than that. it looks decent. sure id make my own adjustments, but that will work fine

You're missing an SSD...

Or at the very least a Seagate Momentus sshd

Right now SSDs are sorta expensive in HK. On top of that, my "client" would value graphical performance and storage space over speeds. Right now he games on (shudders) a macbook pro with integ 3000 and a 5400 rpm 500 GB Hard Drive, so this is a massive performance leap for him already.

Also, I can't find combo hdds and ssds anywhere in HK.

you're so stuck on ssds, like third time in 3 threads its all you've said.

currently an ssd user, and if i had a budget to go on, i wouldnt include it. the only thing its good for is boottimes. and i can just wait 10 extra seconds for it to boot.

yeah...atm SSD are still on the high side and dont think it's worth it really since you'll probably just instal the OS on it

I would get a CX600M over that PSU. It's 600W, but that's easily enough room for overclocking. And it's $60 here in the states. I dunno how that carries over though.
