Actually, some 2006 game (Medieval 2 Total War). It will only ever use 1 core but is pretty demanding for that. It doesn't look great but graphic related crashes are often

AC Unity because Ubisoft's optimisation is crap (somehow Watch Dogs actually works well on my AMD card though).

Battlefield 4.

I had an 8-core processor and it still couldn't run without dropping frames.

>AMD

BF4 is one of the few games that an FX8 can actually handle pretty well (at 60fps anyway) -- so the issue is more than likely coming from the gpu.

Now that I think about it, I only had a GTX 250 at the time...

Two words

Modded Minecraft...

I have an i7 with about 3 ghz and 16 gigs of ram and it STILL gets very laggy.

Minecraft is not an efficient game.

An i7 at 3ghz doesn't mean much. If it's a Nelhelm i7 then it's about 40% slower than current gen i7's.

Titanfall. Don't know how much GPU it takes up, but I have to close everything in order to run smoothly.

That doesn't sound like a GPU issue. Rendering the desktop/a browser takes virtually no GPU power. (While rendering the desktop isn't demanding, it does take up some VRAM, so in that sense it could be a GPU issue -- but even then...not really)

super hexagon 'cause bad at geometry

lichdom during it's early stages (just after Pax East).  The only game I owned that my comp. couldn't run on highest settings, but the devs fixed that up later on

GTA 4, can't run it on highest settings with a gtx 970 @ 1480/7800MHz and 2500k @ 4GHz... this game is like 8 years old. It's so poorly optimized that it's not even funny, not as bad as ac unity but pretty close.
