Braxol
https://imgur.com/gallery/7GsScms Be careful of buying pans with two trades. This user sends random offers from this alt account asking for people to send them two trades for their pan that they will accept. That is one trade with less than 3000 keys for a pan and a second with 200 keys or the remaining amount. The trick is that they can accept the 200 key trade since the pan is in the bigger trade and run off with the 200 keys. They have no collateral to offer, especially since they are on a blank new alt account, and it wouldn't matter if it got steam-marked for scamming. | steamname: okotelevskiy | steam3ID: [U:1:78019607] | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:39009803 | steamID64: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198038285335 | customURL: | steamrep: https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198038285335 absalonn and RussellSproutz
Scott Bakula
I sorta feel that nobody in their right mind would trust a level 7 account with no hours in anything for trading several thousands of dollars worth of items with but the universe always likes to design a better idiot. Diamond jozu
interesting scam but like what scott said, its already suspicious for that kind of account user to be dealing with such a trade. usually people will make a proper trade, talk to them to do such trade. fun fact: someone who got a golden pan from you is claiming they got the golden pan from mvm drop. it was a nice bait

fran
8 hours ago, TCLG6x6 said: This reminds me of the poor guy who send someone a bunch of unusuals as an offer on his pan but forgot to add their pan one of the first threads i read on these forums because it was randomly linked in another discussion https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/64648-i-got-scammed-2000-3k-in-unusuals-today/

I can understand that they did not ban the asshole because he did not actively scam anyone, but it sucks that they removed the negative reputation. That was wholly deserved IMO… Back on topic: I can totally see people falling for this because a „real“ 3000+ pure key offer will almost always include an obvious alt account. Better to be careful and just use liquid items like max‘s heads, burly beasts or CS2 items for trades above 3k keys…

Like the keys and Aussies that would add to the current pan value of 3300.
Lexi
Regarding this trade, I'd never buy that high of a high value item from a very low tier account where the original id of the item isn't on that same account in a backpack inventory viewer. Generally if its not something incredibly sketchy is going on. Always check that item history.
