To my knowledge, valve would not have issued a manual ban based on Steam Profile reports ONLY and there could actually have been a bigger reason than what meets the eye. Guess all we can do is speculate till OG gets a reply from valve (If he does). But I'm loving this new stance of Valve against scamming and scammers. Edit He's back. It did when I posted that picture, which is time stamped from what, half an hour or so ago? But, it does appear his trade ban was removed. It didn't have it 4 hours ago, (I didn't see it on his profile and immediately thought it was odd), it didn't have it in the picture you posted, and it didn't at any point when I looked between 4 hours ago and a few minutes ago.
