Now, he lived in a town in which it rained very very often. As in, 4 days a week at the least. The pyro hated it very much, because it got his clothes and beanie wet. So one day, he resolved to invent something that would allow him to set the rain on fire. At this point, he was mostly insane, so this course of action made perfect sense. He donned his fire retardant suit and got to work. However, in a dreadful accident, the suit was burned into his skin, attaching it permanently.
