It can be any (existing/possible according to the schema) hat/effect combination.e.g. MeBlizzardy Storm Cold Killer User1 Blizzardy Storm Cold Killer It's themed because it's a hat worn in the antartic where blizzardy storms are common. Bubbling Bubble Pipe User2 Bubbling Bubble Pipe Themed because it's berbles coming out of a berble pipe! Vivid Plasma Das Naggenvatcher...And so on. Don't create alternate chains, please.
