Ill tip if I likey c: A ) Who the heck is that B ) They're generally all-purpose Sharpie markers, which I prefer because the colours are so vibrant, but I have to get specialist ones for certain colours like skin tones (which I'm also currently out of, take note people asking for people) and I also use a specialist black; the normal sharpie one tends to be too shiny.
