Suggestion Question : Halloween Spell: Putrescent Pigmentation, 0.11 - 0.22 , Puddington Bear

Hello, hope you all are doing well.

 

First of all, before I begin... This has nothing to do disagreeing with the prices and such, I am simply following a rule/guide that has been put when regular suggester(s) or someone has question about. I actually support(ed) at the price suggester suggested at but the suggester did not follow guidelines and rules as well as did not provide sufficient proof, over all that, there is something that surprised me.

Now going into the details I have questions of. The suggester did not put any effort whatsoever on the item he/she suggested the price for. The person did not show "unsold at 0.22" nor did he/she show reasonable amount of proof for "0.11 sellers" I am not saying the suggester suggested at the wrong price, it was definitely suggested at the right price but did not put any effort at all. In fact, I saw the suggestion about 4 to 5 minutes before it got accepted, I was thinking of helping the suggester out....

 

My main question is, why was that suggestion accepted? The whole suggestion goes against this and the guide+rule. Doesn't that show suggesters  they can get away by being lazy? What is the point of putting effort on suggestions, for example like this one)? Not sure whether Puddington accepted it mistakenly or was it the latter. This whole bunch of questions occurred to me, right after I refreshed the page and saw that the suggestion got accepted.  

 

An explanation would be nice to clear out the confusion some of us might have. Thank you
