Computer randomly turning on

Possibly leave it unplugged so it does not happen again? Likely a 1-time occurence but it could be something more serious.

Oh sorry,explained myself badly.

Turn the computer off.

Remove the battery.

Remove the power cable.

Press the power button for 30 seconds-1 minute.

Put back the battery & the power cable.

Basically it drains all the energy that is in the computer.

If you turn off the laptop, remove power cable/battery and wait for a minute, it will drain all the remaining power, no need to press and hold a power button :) If i'm not mistaken when you power off the laptop the motherboard still consumes a really small portion of the power, which will be fully drained after removing a battery for about a minute.

Not really.

There is still energy even when you remove the battery.

That's true, but its enough to remove the battery and wait 30sec - 1min, the motherboard will drain the remaining power by itself.

It's likely either a faulty power button or some form of network boot. Poke around your BIOS and see if anything about "LAN booting" or "magic packet" is enabled. It could also have something to do with your network adapter. Look in your device manager for your network adapter, go to properties, and make sure the box allowing it power access is unchecked.

A bit late, but still... :) Everything that you mentioned could only happen if you hibernate/sleep your computer, not even a pesky malware could turn your computer on if it was powered off (shut down).
