Who is winning? What are your takes?   In order of release:   Metro Boomin - Like That (Kendrick Feature), 3/26 Drake - Push Ups, 4/19 Drake - Taylor Made Freestyle, 4/19 Kendrick Lamar - euphoria, 4/30 Kendrick Lamar - 6:16 in LA, 5/3 Drake - Family Matters, 5/3 Kendrick Lamar - Meet the Grahams, 5/3 Kendrick Lamar - Not Like Us, 5/4 Drake - The Heart Part 6, 5/5     (Or for the full beef including really small disses)     In my opinion, Meet the Grahams has to be the hardest hitting (depending if said allegations are true, of the daughter and if he really is a p3do), but Pushups hits really hard too, as well as Family Matters. Best beat has to go to Metro on Like That though.   I'm a little on the fence, I liked Drake's music more prior, but honestly i think this beef benefits both sides, Drake is dropping more and rapping about real shit again, and Kendrick is finally releasing music quickly, so I'm not sure who is "winning" but I am enjoying this entertainment.

Really? It came with the last stand update in 2020. They are hidden on every map.

2012 on and off trader, I can answer your questions.   for basic manual trading, you got options. For regular items, you can try interacting with people on regular trade servers, or do something like add someone thru backpack classifieds and haggle with them.   for unusuals, same thing but on the unusual trade servers. Additionally, when selling high end unusuals, it’s better to just throw a classified listing up and wait for people to come to you.   Anything bot related I consider automated, manual is dealing with people directly, which is harder these days.   Many ways. Some people buy premium and send out tons of trade offers for shit they want at a profit and occasionally it works and they make money. Sometimes you or someone else find a listing for a good price and take action before others do.   A big one that probably isn’t talked about is connections. Knowing people. If you are big time and people know you, you’ll profit just thru repeat customers that prefer you over other traders. Ik someone that buys hats for another player like a middle man just to take overpay in profit in hats. Why? Because the dude overpaying doesn’t want to talk to people. Connections are big in the trading game.     ??? Not sure how to help you on a common sense question. Maybe write down how much you paid? Excel spreadsheet? Basic notepad doc? A piece of paper? If you’re super lazy I guess just check inventory history on steam.     experience and intuition play a part. researching the hat you’re interested in plays another part. look up snapshots, if gladiators time machine ever works again you can use that to check seller prices at a certain date.     Depends on a ton of factors. Why do you NEED to sell in the first place? in a rush for keys? need money? trying to cop a hat?   are the sell/buy orders a key apart on an unusual and bots have flooded it? Probably a good time to sell, minor loss. Sell a 30 key warpaint for 4 keys to a bot because it’s the only one buying? Probably not a good sell.   If your hat hasn’t sold in 7 months and you have an opportunity to cop a Halloween hat for a good price? Maybe take the 75 key loss and recoup the profit on the next trade.     Automation keeps it alive. We traded the user to user experience for convenience and now we are suffering the consequences of a hyper inflated semi stagnant economy.    Press F to dodge   buy high sell low   wait for deals. when you wait and finally snag a good deal, a better one shows up right after. Still think about that secret bomber for 500 keys right after I bought an anti freeze all class for full pure

So there's no way to leave a trade up for a buy offer of uniquely named uniques in today's trading sphere, just so we're clear? If so, that's lame and someone should create a tf2outpost or sorts!

I have been trading for almost 12 years now. I just go on trade servers that I frequent such as Vatican City and The Global Paradise. I search for deals by utilizing backpack.tf forums, stn.tf, discords, and through friends and peers as well. Sometimes it's really luck just right place right time. I usually just track things from my backpack compares. I know some friends who have spreadsheets to calculate things, but I personally just track things through backpack.tf. For me I consider looking at past sales whether it's from a price suggestion or from sister effects. I have done my fair share of hard buys, but I have also done my fair share of good flips. It really comes down to buy low and sell high to be honest. For me when I know it's time to take the L is that there is no margins for the items. When that happens, it's best to just dump it. As a person who's been trading since June 2012, I was never a fan of automation. I know there's perks, but I always preferred trading P2P. It's funner that way imo. For me, it's to be kind and polite when you trade. Not to mention just have fun. Trading is a hobby and it shouldn't be utilized as some 8-5 Job. Anyways that's my advice here. Have fun and good luck with trading, Simple!
