Take, for example, steam's filters: Perhaps I want to look at how much all of my hats and miscs combined are. Maybe I want to see how many of my items are marketable. Perhaps I want to look at the combined value of my scout, soldier, and sniper items. Level Filter (any double digit level is fine since you can type that into the search bar, but it doesn't work for any single digit--i.e. level 1).
