Technically yes, but you would still need another player to give you something as starting capital, and trading up from nothing to that amount is so arduous and time consuming that it's not worth it in the slightest.

best thing to do is just get a job at your local McDonalds (if your of legal working age) and use your paycheck to buy 5$ from the in game store
