What if the cp_dustbowl barrel was yellow instead of red?

Suppose this barrel at this precise point in cp_dustbowl changed colors during an update. Would that show that the devs care enough about the game to change something so insignificant, or would it on the other side of the coin show their complete apathy and lack of interest in updating the game besides foolish cosmetic changes?

Except snakewater's a community made map, and the addition of snakes was likely done by the map's original authors and contributors. In this case, as cp_dustbowl's a vanilla map, it'd show some sort of "willingness to change" from the devs (or dev?) themselves
