I'm worried I've messed up somewhere or this person has had their account hacked. I don't have enough info so I'm putting it here. I haven't made a giveaway, I don't trust them on other sites. Please give me a hand here and tell me if I've screwed up somewhere, and help this guy too because I have not a clue what hes on about. had to upload to YouTube since it's a big file. While he does link the correct legal treatise and section, there is no caselaw that would backup his claims that this would be something useable in a court of any jurisdiction. He would be quite literally laughed out of a courtroom.
