Unpaintable painted Halloween items

Can't find any info on my glitched items. Does anyone know how much are they? According to stats, less than 20 of each exist in game as painted, and like 2-3 are painted with my colour. Purchased them like 9-10 years ago, and then quitted from TF2. As far as I remember, paint doesn't change colour of these items, only leaves a tag that's it's been painted. Thanks in advance.

15-20 keys each is a pretty standard price for ones with regular paint (not paint spelled) for the hats with a lower base price (e.g. not the chicken kiev that is already 20+ keys unpainted)

 

You could ask 25-30 keys but I think they would take a very long time to sell at that price (if ever).

For anyone that finds this thread looking for info, this is true for every Halloween item except the horsemann's hand-me-down.
