Unusual elite grades are rare as hell, so be careful not to get scammed with it. I would guess this is probably in the ballpark of 300, but yeah don't take anything less than 200. It's worth noting that Mister Bones is not a very popular Unusual hat, and it may not get a lot of offers. I wouldn't recommend taking anything under 150, though.
