For the last 5 months it just hasn't updated, anyone know a way to fix this issue?

spam refresh your backpack using a script. steam api is garbage which is why it wont update

it took me 8 hours to update my bp using both the old and new script, eventually i gave up and my backpack randomly updated at 5:34am this morning when I was making coffee, the scripts sometimes work, at the mercy of valve and steam though.
