I'll assume that he wants paypal to be intergrated into live steam trade, so they can live trade paypal for unusuals and other stuff.

Many ppl already use paypal, nothing new. use it at your own risk. Don't get what this live trading is.

 

If you're asking if they can combine paypal with steam trade, then the answer is obviously no.

They're not really against it, its more they don't want to deal with it.

Is why they used to ban users for paypal trading or even talking about it.

And even used to state don't use paypal for trading TF2 items.

 

Now they aren't against it, but they strongly suggest you do normal trading and use paypal at a minimum and be careful.

As far as I know, a website using bots selling tf2 items for real money (not sure paypal or google wallet) is already on. The risk is there, but with backpack.tf reputation the risk can be lessened.
