On "Alternate/Past Suggestions" on price suggestion pages

The new version doesn't seem to be working very well.

 

- Taken from http://backpack.tf/vote/id/531e99534dd7b8c0288b456b

 

- The names of previous submitters are gone

 

- The notes preview is gone

 

- It's not clear that there is a counter-suggestion to this item (only indicated by the absence of a grey blotch)

- I can only find out when the previous suggestion was accepted by mousing over the grey blotch (RIP mobile users)

 

Also, if you want to continue with the grey blotch thing, arrows indicating increase/decrease/new price would be nice (like the "Latest Changes" on the front page)

They're already being imported hence why the site is so unbearably slow.
