Backpack.tf Inventory not updating and not able to trade.

As the title says, it's not updating and I can't trade to the bots, saying they can't load my inventory but it's fine on the Steam app. In scrap.tf, stntrading.eu and mannco.store, I was able to trade/withdraw my items there but on this website I cannot. I've tried updating my tradeoffer url, restarted steam and It's no use. Is it just me? or is it just the website? Thank you.
