Even if your hat is an upgrade, I don't think people are eager to pay a lot more for it; try listing it in that range and see how it goes. Consider, however, that we are still in the initial period from the addition of the crate so people may still be able to get more instances of this hat and may affect the range. Hmmm...I am not that expert in selling stuff on the SCM since usually prices there are way too volatile and inflated, plus directly offering via trade offers on steam is more convenient for traders, but answering your question, I would say yes.
