I'm Valu, a 3d artist, and I'm happy to announce that I'm making commissions for steam gift cards or TF2 items like keys or stuff like that I've been using Blender for almost 700 hours and SFM for 790 hours. For Blender comms I usually charge: Icons - 1 key Half-Body / Portrait - 2 keys Full-body ~ 3.5 keys Depends on complexity, could be less or more (bg, amount of characters, etc) I can also do other type requests like transparent renders, weapon renders, etc, Just let me know what you're looking for and I'll see what can I do, we can discuss the price because maybe I don't have one. Important note: I don't work with unusual effects in Blender, just in SFM. Blender examples: I'm used to Blender for renders but I still can use SFM if needed, I can add unusuals, SFM workshop models/items, etc. The sad part it's that I can get issues like the Voodoo Juju being completely white for no reason and stuff like that.
