Steam Desktop Authenticator or Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator

Wanted to hear which side people are on,i personally use desktop authenticator because whilst i was starting trading i had a burner phone and scrap.tf recommended me to use it.I find it way more convenient because it doesnt make me go searching for my phone every time i want to trade

I use Mobile, desktop is risky if you get a backdoored authenticator or have malware that steals your authenticator secrets. Any protection left against hijacking is gone with a desktop authenticator, people have lost thousands of dollars that way.

i downloaded it from scrap.tf link so i think it should be safe
