Big traders manipulated them up from 4 keys to ~13, then dumped all of them. This happens like once a year, and bp does nothing to prevent it, so go crazy I guess.

There's no rules surrounding it and without mountains of evidence it would be rather hard to prove.

You already have issues on the issue tracker that have been active for months with no reply, do you really think backpack staff could handle tackling reports about price manipulation aswell?

 

I say ride the wave if given the chance, just don't stir the tide yourself.
