Weird stuff happening on TF2.bet (very sussy)

I recently lost pretty big on TF2.bet and noticed that the items I lost never went to the person who won. Said winner is apparently a sponsor to the site who ignored my friend request. The items immediately went to a site staff account and 2 other accounts that make bets there pretty often. it was about $10,500 in total. The staff account then added me like an hour later to see if I wanted to promote his site.  When I questioned why the site staff had a hat I gambled he explained that it was taken as a fee. The hat was a green energy exquisite rack that was valued at $2,442. So if it was taken as a fee that would mean TF2.bet takes upwards of 20% of people's winnings, which is a rip off.  On their site FAQ they say tax is 7% or lower. (also, why not take my nebula universal translator priced at $1,422? That would make more sense at least.) I asked the staffer about this, his response is that "he wanted that one".

Another thing, a Burning Flames Blighted Beak I lost was put up for gamble on the site by an account that never received it... and said beak is also being sold on backpack.tf classifieds by the staffer who added me. So if someone tries to gamble for that beak, something tells me they are not going to win. I posted a video below.

By the way, our Steam convo started with him giving me items as consolation, then he started giving me items to gamble for site promotion, I gambled pretty much everything he gave me and am declining more because the whole thing was starting to just feel... wrong. So yeah let me summarize:

TF2.bet staffer admitted to me that they treat site sponsors differently than the terms stated on the website when they win something. The person who won my items never actually received them.

A hat I lost is currently being listed on the site as something you can gamble on while also being listed on backpack.tf.

This whole time the staffer has been trying to get me to "promote" the site and giving me lots of free items even though I have zero clout whatsoever.

All of this goes directly against their promise of "Provably Fair". I would not suggest gambling on the website.

This was to be expected, did you really expect a gambling site to be fair?

Still proof of rigging bets, which (i think) is illegal and viable for a class action but don't quote me on that.

should've been obvious from owner's csgo gambling account having multiple -reps, owner having sussy accounts and that's if it wasn't already clear from the 1 Refined sponsoring to everyone.

The accounts are fake. The coinflips arent created by the people they seem to be. Instead it’s all set up by the owner so he can rig coinflips.

I got this information from talking to the owner himself.

I got a free key off that guy just to talk to him for a bit. He also asked me why I wasn't gambling my honchos (I legit gambled 2 tour tickets because I was bored and my friend was on the site a lot) and then asked if they were being undervalued, (which they kinda were but they're outdated ya know w/e) and I told him it wasn't a big deal, because I wasn't gonna gamble them either way. He then ramped the prices up on some of them to like 4x the price they were before (looking back he only did it on my better ones, like both my warps/my old cmoon and RA one), which I presume was an added attempt to get me to gamble them lol. Needless to say I just removed him after I yoinked the free key :d

That is why i don't visit those sites.

I remember a gambling bots spam adding me for some reason, and when i accepted they spammed me with "promos" and they said to visit their site to become "rich".

These sites are always sketchy at best.

2 minutes ago, damnman said:

if after what happened on 2016 you still gamble on cs-tf gambling sites I dont really know what to tell you

With your logic, you might as well not own any unusuals because of "after what happened on 2019"
