Marketplace.tf keeps on not accepting my card (i cant open website issues forum so i opened it here)

So it keep on saying "Your Card Was Declined" so if you can help me with that i would appreaciate it. And its new to me since i could buy stuff normall at any other time

I had the same problem yesterday, happened on mannco as well, never had a problem with my card and I bought an unu off scm the same day.
