Ominous Stare - Tank Top - help

I currently have an Ominous Stare tank top, it's 1 of 1 and no sister effects are in existence either. 

 

Not too sure what the price of it should be, I currently have it up for 90 keys but I'm not sure if this is just wishful thinking. Any advice would be appreciated

I think 60-70 would be a more realistic price since it's a low tier hat but a good effect.
