Lets say someone mis lists an item for ref instead for keys, and you get a -rep by the person, if the rep valid?

I remember seeing a rep like that on another profile.

At the time i wasn't really familiar of what is valid and what not, but now i am wondering if the rep would be valid.

Remember when there was actually a validation on the site? When you were listing an item for sale, and the price you listed it for was too low, there was a message telling you something like, "Are you sure you want to list for that price? The normal price is (and it shows the bp.tf suggested price)"
