My Dad, whom I used to play with together in 2009-2011, just left me his backpack and now I have the pleasure of owning the absolute gem of Deus Specs #23. I think they're probably worth closer to 8 since miscs usually go for more than hats but it would be easier to sell closer to 4. That being said, I agree with the other poster.
