Mannco.store has a questionable rep, do your research and make up your mind about them for now.  I will talk about my experience when the time comes and I gather evidence.

CS.deals is good but not very popular and is mostly focused on CSGO not TF2, but I still like it, low fees and some low value tf2 items you can't list.

DMarket seems ok, 7%, good for selling but be aware the minimum fee is 1c no matter how small e.g refined or what not so not good for selling cheap items, good for 10c+
