We may never see it just because effect and sheen value varies from person to person. One person may value Emerald as High Tier, while another thinks that Emerald is one of the lowest Tiers. While there are some that are obviously good (Team Shine) and some that look terrible (Hypno-Beam), it would be hard to put a price on an item that is valued by the buyer/seller based upon special circumstances. TL;DR: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Confused? Good, now actually read something instead of looking for the easy way out. We can just start with specialized The problem is that you can't really search for them--making them hard to find proof for; plus, they're relatively unimportant in comparison to unusuals/other stuff because the hype surrounding them will most likely die off and most of them are all around the same price. And see others "killstreak complete without you working for them" or " killstreak weapons" for price 1 key or more depends killstreak. The Specialized Crap Doesn't Really matter that much what specific color it is. I trade back and forth between unusuals and high value pro kits.... to say these are unimportant to trading is missing a lot of opportunities. Edit:i sold a pro sticky kit for 1 bud and 3 keys... sold a pro soda popper kit for 11$+ in market cash...and those are just a couple of the things today.
