Because after you refreshed it a lot of "Trading Sites" (Like Scrap.tf, TFTrade.net) started seeing my backpack. Try periodically refreshing your backpack, it will eventually refresh. It's an issue with steam so you can't do anything about it you can also get an automatic backpack refreshing script that you can leave on your computer and take a break and hopefully come back to a refreshed backpack.
