All of the effects this year are super Halloween based, they'll drop in value faster than any other effects. Less than a 2 week window for it to be unboxed and based on how much hate there is on the new effects it's unlikely people are going to open enough of these specific crates to get this combo again, I'd be willing to bet it stays 1o1, 1o2 at worst. It can only be unboxed until Nov 4th. After that, if no others have been unboxed, it's a 1 of 1 All class unusual Halloween, with one of the best effects of this Scream Fortress event.
