volette1
It's clearly not by the amount of votes for it either up or down. Therefor, it's kind of useless to vote. Is it some sort of moderator that accepts them? How long can it take?
Scott Bakula
A moderator will accept or deny the suggestion based off of evidence. Where the votes come into play is when the decision is straddling the line between accept or deny, allowing the moderator to see the public's general consensus. Time to accept varies wildly, some can be accepted in less than a day, others take over a month. It's all really based on how clear-cut and static the evidence is. Payback
Votes almost never matter, the only thing they really do is tell a moderator if they should accept the suggestion faster in my experience (large amount of votes against will delay acceptance)
