Most of the time history of a deleted item is still somewhere out there especially when item had some price suggestions but on the other hand we have something like cloudy moon classy capper that is currently listed on scm but there is no possible way to know who owns it. Clearly bp.tf still has the history information of the missing items (since when they re-appear the old history entries are back), so they should be able to display them in premium search (with a note saying the current owner cannot be found). I am not a site dev so I don't know how hard this would be to change at this point, but it would be super helpful for suggesters in reducing the number of missing histories with sales in them.
