Marketplace falsely (probably) marking my card as fraud. Help!

I've been trying to purchase items with my card since yesterday, and it says it's being declined. The bank has confirmed when I contacted them that the card is not declined. I can not purchase anything, and this used to work, but now all the sudden it came to a halt. I have submitted support tickets but one of them got instantly closed, and the other was reiterating what was done many times, making sure everything is fine with the card. I don't know what to do

Give it a day or two. Recently I’ve had a couple instances where my card was declined by marketplace. Nothing wrong on my end. I tried again later and it worked fine. 

Has marketplace actually messaged you about fraud, or are you just assuming fraud because your payment was rejected?
