Slam Posted November 4, 2019 Share Posted November 4, 2019 It's one of the better 2019 Halloween effects and on a Soldier hat. However, Climbing Commanders don't seem to go for a lot even with decent effects (You can get scorching/beams on it for under 65 keys right now). I'd say in the neighborhood of 65-85 keys, possibly more but if you're going up to the 90+ range you'd be competing with a Dancing Doe, which is a much more favored Soldier hat because le epic maymay Ricardo.
