Adding Notifications for Certain Price Changes

It would be an incredibly useful tool to allow a setting to where you can pick certain items and have it so that if their price is changed, a notification is sent to you to let you know that that item's price has been changed. This would be extremely useful to a wide range of people including people who are running item shops that have to keep up with the prices of large quantities of items and all of the price changes associated with each one. It would also be helpful to know if say you wanted to buy an expensive item but didn't quite have the funds. You could pick to receive a notification should the price change, so that you could know if you could then afford it.
