Is it possible to download all previous price history for all items in tf2 from backpack.tf?

I want to analyze the data from backpack.tf for all items, stranges, unusuals, ect... so I was wondering if there was a way to download this data or get it from the backpack.tf api. Is there a way to do this?

You might want to use /IGetPriceHistory/v1.

Thank you. I know nothing about api's though so I'd appreciate any links or places I can look to better understand this. Also, will this enable me to download all this data in an excel form?
