I need help with evaluating the rarity of two items in my Inventory

OK so I was checking out my old steam account and inventory. And i found these two following items, Unusual Haunted Metal and Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head. Are they even worth anything?  https://steamcommunity.com/id/Carlostunja/inventory/#440

they both say ''untradable'' so I guess its shite

Can you no longer box up the metal and gift it someone?. Its how i paid for my Haunted metal.... not sure if its still possible

You can't trade them so they are worth anything.

As for rarity they are achievement items, so every account can get at least one of them.
