Can't get "click to open a trade offer," stuck with "add this user to trade"

I'm trying to sell some items, but I've been having some difficulty. Whenever I list an item, I do the following:

 

1: Sell

 

2:  I would prefer to receive Trade Offers; replace the Add Friend button with a link for a Trade Offer.

 

3: Paste URL (https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=464948258&token=xiNX8L0D).

 

And then I list it. However, it only shows up as "add this user to trade."

 

Anyone know what's up with this? All of these were just re-listed by following the above steps.
