Glitch with Max's Head's Description?

I recently bought a ts painted max's head and noticed that the paint color isn't appearing in the description, yet it does for all of the other painted cosmetics I own. It also shows up as just red in my bp.tf inventory.

Is this a normal or is it a glitch?

I don't remember the origin of this glitch, but it really doesn't mean much. there are some people who would pay a bit extra for it, though.

You have what is called "legacy paint 1".

This is essentially the glitched Team Spirit before it was fully integrated.

You can find Bill's hats with these quite easily, and it may be worth a bit more.
