What happens when the seller refuses to sell for their listed price?

I found a guy who listed his kunai at 5 ref, but then kept trying to raise the price. I checked his backpack, and they are selling 8-9 key items also for 5 ref. I can only assume that when you add them, they furiously negotiate to the actual price. Isn't there a rule where you must sell your item at the listed price?

i noticed the same, 5 ref for items worth even 10 keys or more, i didnt even bother to add cause it was probably fake, but i do agree its missleading people.

Same thing happened to me with the same guy. Glad he deservedly got banned :) He changed his username several times, but he was called: "Exclusive Chef" when I tried trading with him. He listed all of his unique killstreak items for 3-5 ref (which is not very low compared to market price). So I added him willing to buy all of them:

My man, you don't report by posting on the forums. Go to their sell order, click report listing, and put all the stuff there.
