i want to find out what my houwar is worth these days! 

and no its not a normal houwar, its a Non-Craftable Non-Tradable Hat of Undeniable Wealth And Respect

with there is only 5 of out there! 

i try to make a price suggestion on it but it got marked as a troll :S:S:S 

 

last time one of these was for sale, the price on it was around 397 keys... what now ??

 

i dunno why it got marked as a troll, and if i broke som kind of a rules, im sorry.

Since it is not already gift wrapped, you will not be able to sell it ever. Valve has made it so you can no longer wrap/gift non-tradable items. As nice as it is, it is essentially worthless unless Valve changes something.

You cannot trade untradable items, not even with gift wrap. So the item is worthless

Your only course of action is to contact steam support and hope they make it tradeable, like the rest. Just say it wasn't made tradeable like the other ones.

you cant wrap untradable items anymore but yuou can try to sell the account like they do whit the golden wrench but i dont think it will be easy or fast
