Notifications Issue

I'm not sure if this just happens with me, or it's with other users of the site, but when I make a suggestion, and another suggestion is accepted for the same item, I don't get a notification that my suggestion was closed. It'd be helpful to know when my suggestions are closed due to another being accepted. I can only notice if it's been closed when I browse through my previous suggestion and see it's closed and I'm like, "Huh. I didn't know it was closed" because I didn't get a notification for it

Could we get a notification when our suggestion is closed due to another being accepted?

Just say "Closed Automatically." No need to say "Closed due to another suggestion being accepted."

Well, suggestions are only closed automatically when another one is accepted.
