how to set a price when buyers are higher that sellers

quick question, if i want to set a price for an item, how would it do it is a bot is selling it for less than a bot is buying it, if they are the cheapest sellers/buyers?

do i still use both if both have sales?

Probably give it some time and it'll become more stable
