Do people pay full unusual price in csgo items without overpay?

Sometimes, has happened to me a couple of times.

Csgo is kind of insane for pure, if you have a good price for your item it will sell within hours for pure.

Csgo trading is kinda cancer and you have to be crazy lucky or crazy smart if you want to succeed, but CSGO -----> TF2 trades usually will not be psyched about paying full price because they want overpay for the hassle it is to sell most tf2 items.
