Frog Friend
I got fucking scammed. The guy's a genius. He sent me a link to opskins which after much research I found was a trustworthy site. He made a fake account and named it after a bot, then he sent me an offer. I should've seen something suspicious when the exact same bot was sending offers to me. He blocked me and I lost two unusuals, a Miami Nights Mann of Reason and a Green Confetti Napper's respite. I need help to track him to his main account and reporting him. The accounts he used are below. He also has some (that I now realize) fake accounts he used to comment on his profile (I did not reference these to see if he was trustworthy, but others might). Again, the associated accounts are below. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198374665474 http://steamcommunity.com/id/AndrewSmurfingSafely/ He was impersonating another member of the community which I did not find. The unlikeliness of getting scammed and the trust I had put in people made it too easy for him. I need all the help I can get getting this guy banned and hopefully finding his main account. Losing the items fucking sucks but that's not my main concern. We need to nail this guy. Report all his profiles for scamming and try to find his legit main account. phenompak
Heres a tip: before performing suspicious trades like these, put their profile link on rep.tf and boom. You can instantly see if they are marked anywhere or if they are clean. If you did that on this person, he is marked and you could have easily been saved. Frog Friend
Oh fuck. I just did a ton of research and apparently I fell for a simple scam. I had never heard of anything like this. I am an idiot.

I assumed the alt was for a different account and did not suspect an impersonation.
