Backbiter's Billycock (KillaWatt) for Plug-In Prospector(DiscoBeatDown) opinions?

So, I have a trade offer for my Billycock for a Plug-In Prospector with the above effect. Is this an even trade? Am I coming out on top in the trade? Neither have pricings on here, but I see the Billycock goes for around 3 buds (asking price) and the Prospector 4 buds (again asking price) on the outpost. Would appreciate some opinions as well as your comments on if I am using this forum right. This is my first time, so apologies if i fucked something up. Thanks!
